Families Share, upgrade to 2 TB, but storage still full

Dear all,

I updated the storage to 2 TB but iCloud is still telling the family members that the storage is full.

Overview shows 200 GB used of 2 TB. So should be enough free space. For me as an organisator it‘s fine.

No Message. Do I need to give additional space for family members?

There is no way to assign storage space to members. Members automatically have access to all the storage space being shared.

If family members are using their own paid iCloud Storage plan, they must manually choose to use the shared one, it will not happen automatically. If they are using the free 5GB option, it should automatically use the shared storage as long as they are correctly added to the Family Sharing Group.
