Is there anyway to reset my keyboard back to its original settings, so that the responses no longer show up like on the old keyboard?

I have recently noticed strange things happening when I’m typing on my keyboard number one it’s very very slow and it doesn’t recognize when I try to type fast. Secondly, I’ve noticed that though reactions are way off from what I normally would respond to say. For instance, I put in email address And on the top it gives me an email address that II don’t even recognize so I’d like for it to be reset so I can get it to recognize things that I enter again

No problem, I just wanted to be sure what device you are referring to.

Hmm, since Apple Support was not able to help you with this, there may not be anything I can add for you to try. Since I don't know what they had you try, the only thing I can think of is to restore your phone back to it "out-of-the-box" configuration. Then set up the phone again.

If you are willing to try, then the following article will get your phone to this configuration:

I’m using the factory installed keyboard and I’ve been on many screen sharing appointments with Apple and they have tried everything they could think of but with no luck. The did however figure out why I can’t type fast so what they did is have me turn my screen sideways and had me try typing fast that way and it worked so know we know there is something wrong with my screen and it has nothing to do with my screen protector because he had me take it of. I just wanted you to know that in case you answer someone else’s questions they might have about the speed of typing anyway the only problem I’m having now is the auto fill part because it will show me options that no one in there right mind would use like when I type in email address it shows me on option and it a email address that I don’t even recognize so I’d like to now how to reset that option and if you could help me out I consider you a rock star… 😊
