How to adjust margins in Numbers to fit on a singe page using MacBook Air 13" with M2 processor?

I have two questions about using Numbers on my MacBook Air 13" with M2 processor

  1. How to easily change margin size or customize the % that it's viewed in so that the spreadsheet fits to one page?
  2. How do I total a column of numbers or add subtotals together?

If these aren't working should I reload the app?

Zannelah,

In case you are a bit lost, a couple of pointers...

In Mac Numbers, File > Print, or Command-P, takes you to a completely different window which is a Print View of your document, and a Print Dialog. Everything having to do with printing is there. Margins, Print Zoom, Headers and Footers, and other print controls.

You can get a pretty good idea of what your document will look like when printed, but you can't change the content of the document without selecting Done at the bottom of the Print Setup pane, or typing Esc., and going back to the document edit window.

The Slider control for changing the Print Zoom percentage is a bit fussy in my experience, but tapping the Stepper Control to the right of the Slider adjusts the zoom one percent at a time and gives a satisfying level of control.
