Family Sharing

I am trying to share Apple Music with my daughter through family sharing. My daughter gets the following message. She's in Georgia and I am in Mississippi.

Did she go to Settings/General/Language & Region, and verify that it is correct?

And do either of you use VPN? A feature of VPN is it can make your phone appear to be in a different location than the actual location.

Check with Apple Support. One restriction that may be a problem is Family Sharing is for people in the same household. In your case she clearly is not part of your household.
