Add and View Comments to Pictures in Photos Albums

I would like to be able to look at photos in a (shared) Album along with any comments applied to the photos on my Mac. For example, a photo with a number of people in it could have a comment that lists their names. Similar to how on an iPhone in Photos you can show comments and as you swipe from photo to photo the comments on the photos are also shown until you select "Hide Comments".

In the Mac setting it would be nice to be able to display comments in the gallery view and definitely when using the Viewer (without having to click on the "text balloon" in the bottom left corner) as you go through the pictures. Is this possible or is it a "feature" in need of implementing?

My Macbook Pro is running Sonoma 14.2.1
