Siri doesn't work on Apple Watch

I have tried resetting the watch, turning Siri off then turning it back on, and doing a full shut down on my watch and iPhone 13. Also the dictation does not work either.

Another thought. If neither Siri nor Dictation works the possibility exists that your watch’s microphone has failed. Can you make and receive phone calls?

Works okay on my series 4. Press and hold down the digital crown until the Siri indicator appears. Dictation also works for sending texts.

Launch the watch app on your iPhone->Siri-> make sure “Listen for Hey Siri is turned on.

watchOS 10.3.1

Make sure you are up to date.

If all else fails you still have the nuclear option. Unpair and reset your watch, pair again to your iPhone. Hopefully that will not be necessary.
