How can I stop Siri from activating while resetting my Apple Watch Series 5?

I'm trying to reset my Apple Watch 5, and followed reset directions. Unfortunately when I press on crown, Siri comes on and it doesn't reset. Anyone else have this problem. Any solution to fix this?

You have to hold in the digital crown and the side button at the same time for 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo then release both.
