No one can or will help you get in touch with the rightful owner of the phone. You clearly bought a stolen iPhone and Apple does't get involved in lost or stolen devices. It's great you'd like to give it back to its rightful owner, but there is just no way to find them. Either turn the phone over to the local authorities or recycle it responsibly.
