iPhone Bluetooth Volume Resets Upon Playback on Connected Device

I am experiencing an issue where the volume on my iPhone Bluetooth device (e.g., headphones, speaker) resets to a previously used level whenever I start audio playback. This occurs even if I have already set the desired volume through the Control Center or volume buttons before initiating playback. This is problematic because:

• It poses a safety hazard if the previous volume was high, potentially damaging my hearing or the device.
• It is highly inconvenient as I always need to start playback at an undesired volume and then manually adjust it again.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Connect a Bluetooth device to my iPhone.
2. Set the desired volume using the Control Center or volume buttons.
3. Start audio playback (e.g., music, video).
4. Observe that the volume automatically resets to a previous level.
5. Adjust the volume again to the desired level.

Expected Behavior:

The volume on the Bluetooth device should remain consistent with the level I set before playback, regardless of playback initiation.
