My iPhone says 'unavailable' and there’s no timer, but I haven't forgotten my passcode. I broke my screen and I was trying to access it , which turned out to be impossible. I was hoping if there is a possibility to regain access to it without erasing my device since I have all the needed information, including my passcode.

The only way to get into the iPhone now, is to restore it. Though if the screen is broken, that won't do much good either until the screen is repaired.
If you have a recent backup (on icloud or a computer), you can use that to get your data back. iCloud backups are performed automatically when the iPhone is connected to power and wi-fi and the screen is turned off for extended periods of time, like overnight; unless you turned the option off manually or you have no more space on iCloud.
Otherwise, consider that data on your iPhone already gone.

First order of business is go get the screen repaired. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to get the phone working again.
