iPhone passcode countdown stopped after forgotten passcode
is it normal that after I forgot my passcode on my iphone after that the countdowns seems to stop?should I wait? for the time or go to a store?

Does your phone say it is Unavailable or Disabled?
If you see a message your phone is Unavailable --> https://support.apple.com/en-us/105090
But if you really don't know your Passcode, you will need to erase the phone using a computer to get back in, after which you can restore your most recent backup. See how that works here --> https://support.apple.com/en-us/118430
