I unsubscribed from X Premium on the iPhone app on Feb. 9. The subscription shows I unsubscribed, but I still have several of the Premium features and I cannot re-subscribe on the web because the X system thinks I'm still a Premium subscriber.
How can I get my former X Premium subscription 100% cancelled?

Subscriptions continue to run until they fully expire. You could cancel a monthly subscription and it could continue to work for another 30 days if you canceled it immediately after it renewed. If you want it to end immediately You have to ask Apple to do this.

My suggestion would be if Apple thinks it has fully ended, call Twitter. First try restarting your device. Sometimes that get the system to take a fresh look at things.
Sorry, I wasn't clear. The subscription end date was Feb. 9 and I unsubscribed a few days prior so the subscription has ended, shows ended on my phone, but I still have several of the subscription features.
I've messaged with X Premium support. They sent me troubleshooting links with solutions I already tried. I've logged out of everything, deleted the app, cleared iPhone files, disconnected all authorized apps, cleared browser, tried private browser, etc. And I still have partial access to Premium.
Resolved. I had to keep giving X Premium support details of my issue. They escalated it and finally fully cancelled my subscription. They recommended not going through the iOS store to subscribe.
Twitter, X Premium won't cancel fully.
