Apple ID / setting up new device

I recently was borrowing my friends iPad until I was going to get my own so I signed out of her Apple ID and put my Apple ID in so now all my information was on her iPad like my apps and so on until I purchased my new iPad. I logged out and deleted all my information on her iPad so she could have it back. But now when I sign onto my new device and use my Apple ID to sync all my stuff over it showing the stuff that was on her iPad… although it’s the same login as my iPhone. Now all her apps are on my iPad and it’s showing the device owner to be her but it’s my Apple ID ???? and all my information logged in??? someone please help. I’m trying to set this up and get it running for my job))):

iPads and iPhones are single user devices and not designed to do what you did with multiple users.

When you sign out of a device it asks you if you wish to delete the information on it or keep it. You said to keep it when she signed out of hers and you signed in. This then got merged with your content and from there to your iCloud content. When you signed in on your device it took all the merged content and put it on your iPad.

What you should have done was this before signing in with your account, and after you finished using it. OR at least to say "no" to keeping the old content between accounts.

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Now your solution is to go through everything on your account and remove all of her things. She may well need to do the same. You may also wish to change passwords on all accounts you use with the device, just to be safe.
