I understand that long repairs are annoying but your iPhone must be fixed correctly.

How long has it been in repair for?

Also I don’t think the company ‘altwasel’ who you gave it to are owned by Apple so it’s not Apple’s responsibility.

But if they can’t give you your phone then they legally must buy you a new one but I don’t know the laws in Tripoli ,Libya 🤷‍♂️.
