How to import photos into Final Cut Pro keeping the album order they are in Photos?

In Photos (on my Mac 14.1.2) all my stills are in albums organized manually to "tell a story" How do I import the album into Final Cut Pro so the order is maintained?

Trying to create a second identical photo album on a flash drive but each time I try to "select all” photos and then paste them into the second album, I get the photos but in random order. Maintaining Photo Date/Time Order When Moved to an Album I'm on a MacBook Air OS Monterey 12.7.6. My iphone photos automatically go to my Mac to the all photos Library when taken. When I import photos from a camera memory card, they go to Imports. All good. Both show up in their respective locations in correct date/time order. The problem is, when I want to move them to an album, they are then in a jumbled order, and I need to reorder them. I typically move them into an Album before giving them captions. There appears to be no rhyme or reason for why they get out of order when moved to an Album. I've tried moving as few as 5 or 7 at a time, and they still get jumbled. Any suggestions for how they can be transferred from Library or Imports to an Album in the correct date/time order? Thanks!

Maintain custom sort order when exporting Photos album How do I export a folder of images in Apple Photos from an iMac to my laptop without changing the custom order I've set? I've recently returned for a trip to Japan and have edited my photos down from over 2,500 to a more manageable 850. These were taken on a combination of my iPhone and my Canon DSLR. I set the time on the Canon to Japanese time before the trip so that all the photos whether taken on iPhone or camera should have the same creation date and time. The DSLR pictures were edited in Luminar and exported. When I bought imported them into Photos I created an Album called Japan but all the images came in the wrong order, I couldn't find any way to sort them by date, time etc that put them in chronological order. I ended up manually sorting all the images into the correct order. I now want to put this album onto my Laptop, in the same order. Searching online it seems they may fell revert to a random order. Is there a way of resolving this? I really miss iPhoto, it was so much easier to manage albums and events etc!!!!

I don't think you can import the album as is. We do not recommend importing media directly from iCloud. Please save it to your PC or external SSD and load the media.

Number the loaded media in the same order as the album →Arrange and manage browsers by name.

There may be a better way, so let's wait for other people's opinions.
