Can you describe how “it’s not working”? Does the App load ok and you can use everything but Apple TV +?

If it’s just Apple tv + that’s not working - on the lower left if your screen you’ll see your profile - tap that and scroll down to sign in. If you were signed in then sign out, restart your iPad then sign back in . Make sure you’re using the same Apple ID you subscribe with. If it’s something else please explain.

  • make sure you’ve updated your new iPad to iPadOS 17.3.1
  • its connected to wifi. Reboot your wifi
  • and/or Reset network settings: in Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Network Settings. After it restarts you will need to join your wifi network again.
