[Solution] Can't accept changed Media Service Terms and Conditions

This is just a solution post, for users facing the "accept Media Service Terms and Conditions" error in the App Store after changing Apple IDs, changing Apple ID country (this was my case), etc.

What you have to do is change the country for your app store, manually. Go to Settings > your name > Media & Purchases > View Account > Country & Region > Change Country or Region > select your country > re-enter payment info (if needed) to successfully change the country of the app store. It will ask you to accept the media service terms here, and you should be done! Try downloading/updating your apps, and it should work.
