How do I go back to finish transferring my information from my old iphone to my new iPhone if it gets interrupted?

when I got to transfer information from phone to phone I pressed the wrong option

iPhone 13, iOS 17

You should erase your new iPhone: Erase iPhone - Apple Support and go through the setup process once again
