Casino Apps are telling me that my iPhone appears to be jailbroken, should I do a factory reset?

I use a lot of different casino apps and half of them are coming back and telling me that my phone appears to be jailbroken. It’s a brand new iPhone 14+ and it is not jailbroken but I’m having problems with the location services also it never seems to put me in the right location on my maps either. I did some troubleshooting with Apple with the hard resets and checking this and checking that nothing worked. Has anyone else had this issue? Should I just factory reset my phone should I get a new phone? How do I figure out which app is actually doing it?
