Can I make my new iPhone 13 make noise or vibrate when I plug in the cord to charge it?

My old iPhone 7-Plus let me know when it noticed that I'd plugged in the Lightening cord but this iPhone 13 is just silent and I need to look at the icon to make sure it's connected and charging.

I miss the old way but I can't find any Notifications Setting for Charging.

Is there one or did they do away with that automatic feature beginning with iOS 16 or 17? I realize that my old iPhone 7-Plus was stuck on iOS 15.

Do you have the Silent Mode set to ON on your iPhone? OR Do you have the Ringer + Alerts tone set to very low?

Double check the following in Settings ➡️ Sounds & Haptics ➡️ Haptics: Set this to Play in Silent Mode.

Yes, you can do both with a personal automation in Apple's Shortcuts app:

Create a new personal automation in Shortcuts on iPhone or iPad

...From the list of triggers, choose Charger and add two actions: Play sound and Vibrate device.
