Mac Mini M1 won't startup and light is blinking orange

I know i would need to revive or restore Mac firmware, but the problem i have is that on my macbook pro 2015 i can not upgrade the os to 14+, and to download Apple Configurator the 14+ is required?

So my question is, is there any other way to fix the issue with the firmware/orange light blinking?

Thanks in advance!

A couple options:

-find a friend with a Mac that can run the current version of Apple Configurator

-locate a nearby Authorized Apple Service Provider nearby and get them to revive it

-Search the web for a source of an older version which could possibly be a dodgy proposition in terms of security

and not one I would advise.

There are ways around the issue with the 2015 MacBook Pro but as it means discussing unsupported operation cannot be discussed here. Search the web.
