Monitor out of range

I stupidly reset the refresh rate on my Benq monitor and now it just shows “out of range”. I’m using a Mac mini. Can anyone help?

Mac mini, macOS 12.1

if it was me then I would try to connect 2 monitors and the other which would have to work

I would go into system prefs and video and click gather dialogs or whatever the button is called then you get both the display settings on the working monitor and you would be able to adjust the refresh rate of the benQ so it would work
