Where is my credit note

I have been informed by apple i have received a credit note, not sure why it wasn’t refunded to my card,

I cant find anywhere that says i have a £24.99 credit. The only things I subscribe to is apple care for my phone and watch, will the credit be used to pay for these,

Can I see payments that didn’t go through? My card was fraudulently charged through Apple, and luckily the payment didn’t go through, but now I can’t see what exactly the payment was for. Is there any way I can see this? My bank contacted me about the purchase but all it says is that it was from “Apple.com/bill” but I looked through all of my subscriptions and payments, and nothing was there, and I can only assume it’s because the payment didn’t go through since I didn’t have the amount in my account anyway. Is the credit note amount reflected in my bank or Apple Account? I have received a message such as Credit note. My question is it does that amount directly reflect in my bank account or apple id account? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Requesting Apple to check unknown charges and refund the amount I was charged from my visa credit card with a charge notice from APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM on 10.8.2025 (according to the picture below). but I have not made any transactions from APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM in the last 9 months (according to the picture below).
