My ipad is about 3 months old and in the past week my volume keeps flashing at the top of my screen and when I try to lower the volume it goes back up to loud. I have restarted it and nothing works. Help

Are you using a fitted case with your iPad?
If you are using a case, try removing (or at least re-fitting) the case. Some cases can mechanically interfere with the iPad's physical volume buttons.
