Body Temperature on Ultra 2

I have an Ultra 2 that does not track body/wrist temperature. When I purchased the Ultra 2 in September, it tracked body temp for the first 4 or 5 days (Sept 24-30) and hasn't tracked it since. I've set up sleep cycles and wear the watch daily. I've checked the Privacy settings in the iPhone Watch app, and it's turned on for Wrist Temperature. If I check Wrist Temperature in the Health App>Data Sources> under "Apps and Services allowed to read data" it shows "None" but Ultra 2 is shown as a Data Source. The only data it shows is the days noted above in September. Furthermore, if I go to the Settings app (on the watch) followed by Health>Health Data>Body Measurements>Wrist Temperature it states "No app or service has access to wrist temperature data". Hope that all makes sense. Any assistance you can provide would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
