Reinstalling Itunes on a Windows 10 computer

After creating a new profile on my Windows 10 computer (old profile was corrupted), Itunes is not on my new profile. When I tried to reinstall itunes on the new profile, it could see that Itunes already exists, but I can't get to the app. Where are the itunes app files located so i can delete it? There is an Apple folder that is empty, but must have hidden files because they show many many files and folders. There is also the itunes library which has all the music.

Can I delete the Apple folder, will that work?? Apple support wants me to call Microsoft, even though they developed the Windows version...

Windows, Windows 10

These links show the typical layout for iTunes:

Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrad… - Apple Community

Make a split library portable - Apple Community

If you have administrator privileges, you should be able to get to and see the hidden files. That is a Microsoft Windows function and not iTunes. If you delete the iTunes Library folder, you will have to redownload all your music (from the iTunes Store or from your CD collection).
