Apple typically provides battery replacement services for a range of its products, including iPads. However, availability of replacement batteries may vary depending on the age and model of the device.

If Apple has informed you that they do not have batteries available for your specific iPad Air model, it's possible that they may no longer offer battery replacement services for that particular model. In such cases, they may recommend upgrading to a newer device.

It's worth exploring alternative options such as third-party repair services that specialize in iPad repairs. These services may still be able to provide battery replacement for older iPad Air models, even if Apple no longer offers the service.

Additionally, you can contact Apple Support for further assistance or clarification regarding battery replacement options for your iPad Air model. They may be able to provide more information or recommend alternative solutions. Official Apple Support

The original poster specifically said that Apple has told the they don't offer replacements. So, doesn't this suggestion seem a bit redundant?
