How to recover a hacked iCloud account data
All my emails and my iCloud have been hacked downloaded and pw changed. I need to wipe them out and if possible get what was downloaded back or erased😂

Here is how to re-secure an Apple ID: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
If the password and the recovery-related info have all been changed, then you have lost control of the Apple ID, and there is no recovery from that. It is no longer your Apple ID.
Data that has already been downloaded by others is gone, and there is no way to remediate that.
If you still have the original purchase receipts, you can submit those to Apple and potentially regain control if your devices associated with the compromised Apple ID.
