"Failed to verify identity, this Apple ID is not active" error while trying to sign-in to Apple ID

Whenever i try to sign into the apple id whether it’s by the website or from the settings app it always gives the same error message (failed to verify identity this apple id is not active) and i can’t even log out of the apple id because of the same reasons i have also tried resetting the password which also gives me the same problem
