Apple Music : error occured

Since a few days, I keep seeing this error message during the day in Apple Music, "Error has occurred", with the Try Again button. I have to click it many many times before it finally loads the content. And at the same time, Apple Music has become much slower to load an artist page/content.

I logged out from Apple Music and reconnected, no changes.

Rebooted, no changes.

IpadOS 17.3.1 (ipad air 4th gen)

Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (18004). for the past 2-3 months my Apple Music has stopped working completely and I have lost my entire Apple Music library as its stopped synching. When I tried to re synch that's when I lost my library and keep getting the same error message "Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (18004)" This has also happened on Apple Music on my iPhone as well as this has stopped synching now too and when I tried to reset it I lost my entire library on there too. Any tips or ideas to fix this? Would be greatly appreciated.
