I wish to update my version
I have MacBook 2013 late the version is 10.3 .I wish to update is 12 or more is this possible

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a newer OS. Monterey won't run on a 2013 MacBook Pro.
Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split the functions of iTunes up; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
For reference, High Sierra is 10.13; Panther 10.3 won't run on any publicly-available Intel Mac.
