Stop using family credit card

Can I stop using the credit card shared by the organizer member? I have my own card that automatically disables itself from time to time because of the shared one.

The best part is that my card disappears from my iCloud when the shared one decides to activate. Because of that, I cannot pay for my subscriptions or buy apps in the App Store.

Turning off purchase sharing is not an option for us.

I've been trying to deactivate the family card, but I cannot because there must be at least one verified card, and due to the same problem, I cannot add my own.

With Purchase Sharing turned on, only the Organizer's card can be used for purchases. Each family member can add money to their Apple Account balance and purchases will be made from there before any charge would show on the Organizer card.

Turning off Purchase Sharing is the only way to have each family member use their own card. It's either one or the other.
