The Following keys are not working my IPAD
IPAD Air ( 4th gen.)
IPADOs Version 17.2
The following key are not working on my Magic keyboard:
QWERTYUIO
All other keys are working without issue.

As described, given that other physical keys are working, your Magic Keyboard may be faulty.
