My 12 year old keeps making in-app purchases on my Apple account/card. I have changed all her settings but it still keeps happening. You all will not approve my "report a problem" requests any longer. How do I stop this? She is doing it from an iPhone and an iPad.

See Apple's parental control options outlined in the following links. Also, I would highly suggest changing the Screen Time passcode to something they will not know and that is not a passcode used to unlock any devices in the house.

In addition to the technological solutions provided above, consider restricting her access to the devices until such time as she is willing to follow your rules.
