Recently downloaded TurboTax 2023 on my mid-2010 desktop iMac running Monterey 12.2.1 using Parallels emulator. TurboTax software loads and properly checks for updates. However at the activation code entry screen, I get rotating dots - I should see a window to login to Intuit account to enter activation key. TurboTax 2022 worked fine last year. I’ve read similar issues with windows users. I’ve tried reloading software with same result.

I spent about an hour speaking with TurboTax support, trying various remedies-none successful. I ended up purchasing a 14” M3 MacBook Pro (I was long overdue upgrading my iMac). I guess I could’ve tried the on-line version of TurboTax but had been wanting to upgrade my home computer for some time. This issue gave me a reason to do it now. 2023 TurboTax installed and functioned flawlessly on my MacBook Pro.
