iPhone SE 2nd Generation

My phone, like others, is not allowing incoming calls. No ring, no record in recent phone calls, nothing. I recently upgraded iOS. Had phone checked out by local guy. Said it could be Boost Mobile service that’s having problems. I’m about to change service and see if it’s that.
