How do I remove FOCUS permanently on iPhone
FOCUS MEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY PHONE X PERMANENTLY. I need to control my phone not Focus.

Focus is a part of the operating system. You can't remove it. But you can turn it off. To make that easier, go to Settings>Focus and tap on each option. Go to the bottom of the screen and tap the delete button. You can delete everything but Do Not Disturb. For Do Not Disturb, make sure that there is no smart activation or schedule set.
