WiFi & Networks

Recently I was staying with someone whom I am under the impression of is tracking my phone or something shady is amidst, here’s why:

when I go into my WiFi settings there is always a “Spectrum Mobile” listed under my “known networks” but it also ALWAYS comes up with full signal as “My Networks”. When I try to join the network I am asked to enter a username and password, and this is odd to me because I’ve never had spectrum services a day in my life, nor have I ever connected to spectrums services therefore I wouldn’t have the ability to successfully enter any of this information. It’s also the only network that I cannot seem to have removed from my device, even after resetting network settings. I’ve thought about calling spectrum so see if they could tell me anything, all I can see is the WiFi address that’s on the Spectrum Mobile network option that I have to select from. Now this is additionally weird to me because I recently got a new phone and none of the networks show on that one.

can someone pls explain what’s happening ??
