Trying to update my macOS High Sierra Version 10.3.16 iMac (27-inch, Mid 2010) to i higher version of software but can't find anything e.g. 10.14

Nope, your 2010 has gone as far as it can with 10.13.6, it simply does not have the hardware to upgrade and no you cannot upgrade the hardware. If you need a later version of Mac OS, then it is time to buy that new Mac you have been wanting. By the way, the longer you keep the 2010 the more obsolete it becomes meaning you will have more difficulty with apps, web browsers etc... It's just time to replace it!

Note that "the latest software" is macOS 14 (Sonoma). It's six major versions ahead of High Sierra. 10.14 would be Mojave – the last version of macOS that can run 32-bit applications.

Firefox 115 ESR will run on High Sierra. Mozilla says they'll provide "critical security updates" until September 2024. ("After this, no security updates will be provided and you are strongly encouraged to move to a supported version of macOS.")
