Dual 4k monitors at 60 Hz with the CalDigit TS4 on an M2 MacBook Pro Max

Has anyone been able to run dual 4k monitors using the CalDigit TS4 dock at 60 Hz? I have a MacBook Pro Max with 64GB RAM, but am unable to run dual 4k at 60 Hz. The max I can do is 30 Hz.

When I set the monitors to 60 Hz, the monitors flicker once every 5 seconds.

I don't think it's the dock or the cables because I'm able to plug in my old Intel i9 MacBook Pro, and everything works just fine (meaning the monitors run at 60 Hz without any issues), as well as my Dell XPS 15. I've logged case after case with support, which have been escalated to apple engineering, but without resolution. Everything from re-installing the OS from scratch to submitting logs, etc. No luck.

I'm starting to think the issue might be with my MacBook.

Has anyone been able to get this kind of setup working?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.3
