iTunes/Music authorizations: Next to "Computer Authorizations" I don't see the button to deauthorize all computers.

I'm trying to get some old songs purchased in iTunes to play on my new Mac. When I try to authorize the computer I get an error that I have more than 5 computers authorized on the account. However, in the Account settings section under "Computer Authorizations" it says that only one computer is authorized.

The instructions for resolving issues like this is to revoke all computer authorizations and then reauthorized each computer, however, I don't see the button to deauthorize all computers next to the "Computer Authorizations" section.

Is there a way to get this button to appear?

I am having the same issue. I have been trying to follow the instructions on Authorize or deauthorize your computer for Apple ID purchases - Apple Support but the screenshot they show in this article does not match what is actually shown in Apple music - there is no such button to "Deauthorize All," and the menu overall looks quite different. I do not have access to the old computers to deauthorize them individually because they are all long gone. I have already tried signing out of Apple ID and back in again, restarting, updating my computer, etc. This issue is obviously very frustrating because it is not allowing me to play music that I own.

I contacted Apple Support and they are escalating this to engineering.

They also led me down the path to a potential work-around. Apple support can tell you the named of all the devices that are authorized on your account and in doing so they mentioned an old computer I had sitting in a drawer. I booted it up to see if I could deauthorize it and I could. Also when I went and checked the Account Settings menu I discovered that I could also see the "Deauthorize All" button. This computer also properly reports authorization quantities.

This old computer is running MacOS 11.7.5 and Apple Music 1.1.6.37

I then was able to authorize my new Mac Studio from inside Apple Music.

So if you can find one of your old computers still running old software you can resolve this issue.
