How do I get this to be disabled?? I go into my phone settings for call forwarding and it’s already shut off. Yet when I dial *#62# it says it’s enabled to this phone number that I don’t recognize. I’ve gone through all of the short keys listed for AT&T as well as tried reaching out to Apple support since AT&T customer service is closed when I realized that my phone is apparently hacked.

The Call Forwarding feature is provided and managed by your carrier (AT&T). Apple does not provide service to your iPhone and therefore will not be able to help with this issue. I recommend that you contact AT&T customer service during their business hours and get this issue addressed.

Call AT&T customer service back when they are open. No, this is not an indication that your phone has been hacked.

And no, this is not an indication that your phone is hacked. It just means those interrogation codes rarely return accurate information.
