Can I buy an IPhone with slot SIM in US?

I am not sure what you mean by a slot SIM, however, I am assuming that you meant a physical SIM card. In the US, the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 15 models are sold ONLY with the capability of eSIMs. There are no physical SIM card trays in these two models.

Of course, you can purchase an older model iPhone (iPhone 13 or older) which have the capability of a physical SIM card. You can purchase the older models from Amazon, eBay etc.

you can't, if you find a place then it would be parallel imported from another country which would mean the warranty would be valid in that country and not usa
