Help to change settings for router on iPad…

I have recently changed provider and FTTP on NBN. It’s is working,but on my iPad and TV the connection is still showing my old provider. How to I change the router to show my new status.

You may need to consult the User/Configuration Guide for your Router for guidance - or seek assistance from your ISPs Technical Support. Your ISP is likely to have online support pages.


Many ISP-provided routers are simply accessed using a web browser - simply by entering the local IP Address of your router (often 192.168.1.254 or 192.168.1.1). You will need the Router password - which may be on a printed label affixed to the Router.
