How to remove an old email address from Apple ID account?

I've changed email addresses, but apple still sends to old email address, how can one remove an old email address from apple account?

You can control the settings for notifications sent from Apple to your different mail addresses, by logging into this Apple ID page:

Under the heading for Personal Information (see below) from Manage you apple ID is where I thought could change the email address, but all it lists for personal information is name, birthday, country and language.
