Safari Freezes on IPad Pro (unworkable)

Hi Friends,

The last 2 weeks Safari browser has gone from bad to worse to completely unworkable.

Using IPad Pro 12.9 with Smart Keyboard.

First I noticed that the Smart Keyboard stopt working at times (so I thought), forcing me to disconnect the ipad and the Smart Keyboard and reconnect… but then I notice that its not the keyboard, its the browser.

Safari will simply freeze, unable to scroll or type to the point where i am using alternative browsers which is not preferred.

Yes I have restarted my ipad, newest software update, cleared all cookies and data… but even after doing all that the browser freezes at least 2x every 60 seconds…

I have 0.0.0 issues in Chrome, FireFox and any other browser, it is isolated to just safari.

Anyone any suggestions? Id be grateful for suggestions.
