I bought an ipad but there’s a damage on the screen so I ask for it to be returned. UPS picked up the item but no scan for 3 days now. It’s still saying label created. I dont think Apple will send the replacement till they have the returned product. What do I do?

Assuming that collection of your returned iPad was arranged by Apple, seek assistance directly from Apple Support.


Your returns paperwork, possibly delivered by email, will include contact information. Otherwise, you can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.


You might also consider contacting the carrier - in this case UPS - with your shipment/tracking number.
