How do I exchange/return a defective iPhone purchased through AT&T?
I purchased the iPhone 16 through AT&T. It is six days old. It is defective the touchscreen works only 20% of the time, is unresponsive. talk to text & Dictation are non-functioning. As is Siri.
Because it’s defective ATT & Apple both require i go thru Apple. No one at Apple knows the policy. Call AT&T they say. every Apple agent, I’ve spoken to says something different But says call AT&T. Under Apple‘s & AT&T warranty policy, you have 14 days to return or exchange the product. Apple also has a policy that says if you didn’t buy your product from Apple, they won’t help you. But AT&T‘s policy on their website says if you have an issue or defective Apple product you must go thru Apple. Where can I get help? I just want to exchange a defective phone (within the 14 days) for one that works and no one will help me. I spent eight hours on the phone between AT&T and Apple today and no one is willing to help me or even know the policy.. can anyone help me please?
