Red dot in the top of my Iphone

I have iPhone 14 pro iOS V 17.2.1

There’s a red dot with red circle in the top of my iphone appears without any reason or specific time ( I did not do screen recording ) and I did close all apps but it still there.

Does my iPhone have been hacked ? Or what is the reason for it ??
