i know this is glitch, but I might be the first user to experience this.

it only affects the home

bar, but not the apps

However, I don’t what is this glitch called, but can you identify it and fix this?

I think that's a change to the way the battery charge is displayed. (See the tiny little thing that looks like a battery terminal to the right of the main rounded rectangle?). The display is telling you that the battery is 99% charged.

Looks like it is a feature in iOS 16 and iOS 17 (but not in iOS 15 and earlier) for iPhones that have Face ID.
